Echo, contrast ct, ekg, stress test, 5 day holter dr says normal. normal o2 levels & gastro tests normal. what could be causing center chest discomfort that doesnt go away, 24/7, months? it even wakes me up at night i am in constant discomfort?

It may be costocondritis or musculoskeletal. I would suggest you try an ant inflammatory. Good Luck

GERD, chostochronditis, exercise straining/injuring this area. Need much more detail. I would keep a detailed pain diary. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Then you and your Drs can better figure out what is going on.
