Call your doctor: Make a list of all your symptoms, particularly if you are having fever, chills, severe malaise, rapid pulse or difficulty breathing and then call the doctor who diagnosed your UTI and let them know what is going on. It sounds as if you may have pyelonephritis and need further evaluation. Hope you are better soon.
