I (19f) am having intense pain during urination and intercourse. i am aware of two large cysts on each of my ovaries, but doc said it's not those. urine cultures are neg for uti and kidney infection. any thoughts on what's wrong???

It is possible that you may have endometriosis ,depending on how large the ovarian cysts are you should try a birth control pill for 2 to3 months and see if your symptoms improve.

Uti Macrobid 10 days. No help. Now kidney infection 500 mg cipro (ciprofloxacin) 2xday. Been 4 days still symptomatic. 3 days left on meds. Dr didn't culture urine.
