I'll go see the doctor who diagnosed me with the uti but i have pain in one spot in the lower back with high uric levels what could this be?

Here are some ...: Documented UTI needs to be treated with proper antibiotics and followed to define it your UTI is uncomplicated or complicated so to plan how to follow you and self care. High uric acid in blood may indicate you have some issues in purine metabolism leading to gout or uric stone, but the described pain at one spot of lower back may not be related with stone. So, work with Doc to find out what it's.
