I had a kidney uti.i was given antibiotic for 5 days.i completed the entire course and i still have dull back pain.do i need to consult doctor again?

YES: A kidney infection usually requires longer therapy than 5 days (typically 10-14 days), and also requires imaging to assess for a kidney abscess or hydronephrosis (dilation of the urinary tract to abnormal size). Have the doctor reassess what is going on.
