You get the most from this site when you provide detail. What UTI germ? Was a culture actually done or did they just guess? What medicine for 3 days? What med for the bladder? You are welcome to start over and provide enough information for a reviewing doc to make a reasoned response.

Possibilities: you did not have the infection when your doc saw you or the urine exam was wrong. mild uti can be treated by a 3day course
