Eating eggs: Not sure of your definition of "too many eggs" but eggs are an amazingly good food and get a lot of "bad rap" about cholesterol. Eating 2-4 eggs per week is not harmful and can be good for you. Be sure to purchase free-range, organic eggs for the best overall health of your diet.
