I have uterine fibroids , are eggs or eating eggs good for me or bad since they are considered dairy ?

False: Any association that you read between dairy and the size of uterine fibroids is purely conjecture. There are no scientific studies to show that avoiding eggs and dairy will shrink fibroids. If this were the case, we wouldn't need surgery! there are a lot of people on internet with homeopathic remedies for fibroids, again if they worked....We'd definitely use them! scramble up some eggs!
