Fat loss is key: This is a very worthwhile goal. All the crunches, sit-ups and ab cable pulls are useless in getting that six-pack if you do not also watch your diet, spend a fair amount of the day comfortably hungry, and do aerobic exercise as well. A "ripped" man looks much healthier and is more attractive to most women than a man who simply has very large muscles. Both mass ; definition are great goals.
