I feel the same!: This could be related to tightness. In my case, i actually wake up with tightness in my back that extends into my posterior thighs. I usually take a shower and then stretch my hamstrings which resolves the symptoms. This is worse if i miss 2-3 days of exercise. Thank you and try some stretching!

Cardiac Eval: Look, of course I do not know you, but unless you are 9 ft tall, 343 is probably way overweight. The best way to find your answer would be to see a cardiologist and have a good cardiac evaluation, probably including a stress test and echocardiogram. They could then give you a rational program of exercise to help improve your health and/or make other suggestions.

Run for 20min: To get aerobic fitness, try running. Start with a 3minute jog on day one and repeat this for 3days. Then increase length of run by 2minutes every 3 times you run, and work your way upto 20mins. That is sufficient to give you stamina for high demand sports such as squash.
