I feel the same!: This could be related to tightness. In my case, i actually wake up with tightness in my back that extends into my posterior thighs. I usually take a shower and then stretch my hamstrings which resolves the symptoms. This is worse if i miss 2-3 days of exercise. Thank you and try some stretching!
