Breast Lift: Breast lift surgery (mastopexy) performed soley to lift and shape a drooping breast, or in conjunction with breast augmentation, is a cosmetic procedure in the us, and is not covered by insurance. If breast lift is performed as a symmetry procedure during breast reconstruction, following mastectomy, then it may be covered by insurance.

Probably Not.: Although I do not have any personal experience with the nhs, i can tell you that breast lifting surgery is not covered through any type of health insurance in the United States. This procedure is considered cosmetic in nature, and not "medically necessary”. Best wishes.

NHS breast lift?: Considering that the nhs is a non-us entity, it would be difficult to answer this question for you as we do not have a similar system here. Possibly a canadian plastic surgeon may have a better opinion about it. Usually though, most insurances look at mastopexies as purely cosmetic and do not cover the surgery. You may be able to go online and inquire directly from them.

Not usually: If nhs acts like us insurers then you can only get a breast reduction. A breast lift is considered cosmetic.
