Teen breast surgery: When considering breast surgery in a young woman, the usual consideration is to wait till the breast has achieved its normal growth i.e. She is at least 1-2 years post-puberty. If the breast is under or over developed then surgery is contemplated. Earlier surgeries are rarely performed and can be e.g. for release of significant chest scars to allow the breast buds to grow.

Hi! While there are no specific laws preventing teens from undergoing cosmetic surgery, parental consent is required for patients under the age of 18. The biggest concern with breast lift surgery on teens is that the patient's breasts may continue to grow after surgery. I recommend postponing surgery until your breasts are fully developed so you can truly enjoy the results.
