Sleepless: Dear sleepless - encourage you to google progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing exercises on line & do them. The more you practice, the better you will get at reducing anxiety with them. Additionally use excellent sleep hygiene. Etire & rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark & cool & use only for sex & sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No >>>.
