Sleep issues: There are many ways to deal with sleep problems related to anxiety. One is to take time before sleep to unwind and have a routine that supports sleep. Avoid caffeine, and practice relaxation prior to going to bed. Do not use the bedroom for activities that are not conducive to sleep..No computer, tv or other activities that may hinder your rest. Be sure to have a comfortable pillow and bed.
