Anxiety, Sleep: Try using the anti anxiety app and reading 'transforming anxiety into joy', a short workbook that i wrote to help people learn how to calm oneself. If your insomnia continues consult a clinical psychologist who can help you develop lasting ways to calm yourself and reduce tension. My best.

Eval/sleep hygiene: Have you had a sleep study done to figure out reasons for insomnia? Practice sleep hygiene: keep you room a little on a chilly side, warm shower before bed, bedtime routine: no tv, or anything stimulating, no heavy meals. If you can't fall asleep, get out of bed and do something really boring until you feel sleepy and then go back to bed. Go to bed and wake up at the same time.

Psych evaluation: If you feel your anxiety is causing you to stay up late, then the first logical step is to get a psychiatric evaluation where the psychiatrists fully evaluate you including the nature and subtype of anxiety as well as any possible underlying physical problems such as hyperthyroidism or adrenal problems. Help is available and effective. Good luck.
