Yes, but: Usually surgery would be required. If you have had bowed legs since childhood, then it would require substantial surgery to reshape the legs. If the bowed legs have developed in adulthood, then it may be related to your knees, in which case knee surgery may work. Although bowed legs can be cosmetically displeasing, most orthopedists would not advise surgery unless they are affecting your function.
