Ear: Minor ear deformities are very common. During infancy when cartilage is soft they may be able to treated with an ear mold, but in an adult it would likely require surgery by a plastic surgeon to try to fix a "bend" in the ear. If it causes significant emotional affects, or makes it hard to wear glasses or wear a hearing aid then it could possibly be covered by health insurance.

Ear deformity: The cartilage of the ear is formed during development. After you are born the ear can be shaped for a few weeks after birth. At 32 years old only surgery to reshape your ear will change it shape. Seek a board certified plastic surgeon.

There isn't: Any way to fix it except surgery. This is known as an "otoplasty". See a board-certified plastic surgeon about it.
