Hard to say: Your description of the issue is vague. Descriptions in the literature describing various molding techniques used to modify ear forms present at birth. These do not involve surgery. Many of the ear shapes derived from tight spaces /pressure in the womb will unfold/lessen after the baby has been out in the open for months. A consult with a plastic surgeon may provide guidance you seek.

Newborn screening: Review the findings of her newborn screening tests with your Pediatrician, including her discharge hearing test. If there are additional malformations, lesions of the skin or heart murmur, a specialist may evaluate.
