Depends: Depends on the quantity and your weight and if you have diabetics. Brown rice is better than white rice and has lower glycemic index.

It depends: Many cultures in the world have white rice as a part of the daily diet. Whole grains/brown rice do offer additional nutrition but white rice is not inherently unhealthy. The key is eating a variety of foods and having a balanced diet.
