It's NOT healthy: Please talk with a dietician about what's probably missing (i'm betting it's lacking iron, b12, vitamin d, calcium and some other things you need), and with your physician about why you would limit yourself in this way. A vitamin-and-mineral supplement may help but you need to find out why your tastes are so limited. If other foods cause abdominal pain, you may have celiac disease or crohn's.
