Not really: Eating rice daily doesnt make you fat necessarily. Rice does have a lot of calories and carbohydrates so eating a lot of it could lead to weight gain. Also for patients with diabetes it makes it difficult to control the blood sugars when people eat lots of rice. Bottom line is that everything should be done in moderation.
