Make : Make sure you are eating six small healthy meals/snacks a day. This will help boost your metabolism. Consider makng an appointment with a registered dietician for a meal plan. Often times we think we are eating perfectly and actually we are not. Also see your doctor to rule out any possible medical problems that could possibly be impeding your weight loss. Also after reviewing your bmi (body mass index) which is 24, you are actually in a healthy weight range, which could be why you are not losing and merely maintaining. Take care.

Increase activity: Activity is most important when trying to lose weight. Increase your activity to the next level e.g. you exercise regularly, so add walking briskly 20 minutes a day, if you do 20 minutes cardio level already then increase your time to 30 minutes also consider walking more briskly.
