Arthritis in fingers: Does not have to be infalmmatory or assicated with blood tests, it can be osteo arthrits in which a blood test will not be positive. Tendonitis, tenosynovitis, trauma, osteoarthritis, infection, circulation all can effect the way fingers feel. Even nerve issues that give very mild tingling may make the fingers feel swollen.
