I have been experiencing just this week a constant ache and swelling in all the joints in my hands and fingers. how do i get relief from the pain?

The answer is: a number of OTC (Over the Counter) medications can help . Probably the most effective is plain old ASPIRIN Two regular strength Aspirin every 6 hours...This is "First Aid" not true TREATMENT! See your Health Care Professional if the swelling persists.
