Very concerning: Elbw preemies take time to catch up with other children, and we correct their age for their prematurity when checking their growth the first 3 years. If the numbers you listed are accurate, your child would be tall (93rd %ile for girls exactly 3 yrs old) but off the chart for weight (less than the 1st %ile). That would be very concerning & something you need to discuss with your pediatrician.
