Breast milk : Is best. Your daughter is at the 2nd percentile for weight now after having been at about the 30th percentile at birth . This warrants a visit to your pediatrician to determine if there is a problem . At four months she should have a well baby exam during which her growth will be evaluated and she will receive important vaccines .
