A good idea,,: Although your tests were negative, your resting heart rate is very high, you have a heart murmur, and you had one week of chest pain, so it's a good idea to get checked out by a cardiac specialist to see why that is. Good luck.

Yes : You should see a cardiologist. That is a high resting heart rate. There are some congenital abnormalities associated with concave chest. An echocardiogram may be ordered to investigate this.
