Risk higher: if you have family history of an early heart attack, you are at a higher risk of developing Coronary artery disease - which manifests acutely as what we know as" heart attack". Important to have a Cardiologsit and someone who knows about your test results (lipid levels, echocardiograms) can better weigh in on your answer. Remember to - eat healthy, NO SMOKING, exercise.
