What medication is good for suppressing appetite? which medication is that helps for losing weight but it's side effect is insomnia ?

Appetite suppressant: Phentermine is often used but can cause insomnia. I prefer an older drug, Diethylpropion becauses it often helps patients on psychiatric meds loose weight. I am not impressed with Alli which caused an oil-slick in my pants during a conference one time. Topamax (topiramate) causes a feeling of fullness and an average of 23 pounds of weight loss. I don't have any experience with meridea.
