Many options!: Seroquel (quetiapine) doesn't make you tired? That is often a good choice for bipolar disorder. Are you exercising and following the "sleep hygiene" recommendations for insomnia? Do you have a snoring problem (possible sleep disorder)? Sleep medications are often addictive and so I would avoid them as much as possible. Perhaps a med like trazodone would be effective. Ask your psychiatrist.
