What causes weight loss while i still eat a lot? i work out like always, have good appetite, no fever, maybe ibs, a bit tired but not much, moderate insomnia, moderate depression, minor misuse of benzodiezapams (to sleep), no other symptoms?

You are burning more calories than you eat. Get the app Cronometer and track your calories in and burned and you will see. Unless you have hyperthyrodism or a pheochromocytoma or a GI malabsorption problem. Discuss with Dr. there who will know most likely cause in women like you.

Involuntary weight loss has to be worked up promptly with the help of your family doc. While depression may be at the root, medical causes have to be ruled out.
