Today, i had low blood sugar and high blood pressure at the same time. What could be the cause of that?

Adrenalin: If you have a low blood sugar, your body releases Adrenalin / Epinephrine as a stress response. This can increase blood pressure. -or- the one could have nothing to do with the other and be a coincidence, cannot say for certain. Monitor both closely and follow up with your dr.
