Does salt cause high blood pressure? i have a large appetite and eat lots of savoury foods which have salt but not much sugar and am in good shape.

Salt: a lot depend of if you have underlying hypertension and how much salt you ingest. Patients who are real salt hogs eating over 3-4 grams per day will have problems with bp control.
