A member asked:

Does low blood pressure and low sugar go hand in hand what causes low blood pressure and low blood sugar?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

A Few Things: Low blood sugar and low blood pressure can be seen together in patients with sepsis, an addisonian crisis, some other things. The 2 don't necessarily go hand in hand. People with diabetes and other metabolic conditions will often have low blood sugar, but normal blood pressure. There are other conditions where blood pressure is low and sugars are normal like pots, etc.
