Hello, I was recently diagnosed with Hypo & Hashimotos and its sent me into early menopause with a 50 pound weight gain. I am trying to figure out how to combat all of this. I am taking 75mcg of Synthroid Hypothyroidism, Hashimotos, and Menopause?
Hypothyroid/hashimoto's. Levels low. On Synthroid (thyroxine) & small amount of cytomel. Can't lose weight, diet/exercise don't help! what can I do to lose lbs?
I have hypothyroidism and trying to boost where I'm more energetic. also taking synthroid. can coffee stimulate the thyroid to not be as hypo, or if it will make it worse? I definitely don't want my thyroid to be any slower to gain anymore weight
HIGH TSH (6.0) , NORMAL free T4 and free T3. Free t4 is 1.5 (range up to 1.77). Hypothyroid symptoms , excessive weight gain. Safe to take synthroid 50 mcg even with higher than normal free t4?
