I have a hypothyroid. i get it checked yearly, but i'm not on a pill. can i continue not taking synthroid (thyroxine)? but i know it'll help lose the extra weight

Needs treatment: If you are truly hypothyroid, it is important that you take thyroid hormone. Your thyroid affects every part of your body and needs to be in the normal range to maintain optimal health.
