See your doctor: Hypothyroidism cause cause weight gain, so you want to make sure that your current dose of lavoxyl is effective.
Diet and exercise is always the cornerstone of a weight loss program.
There are medications that are effective for weight loss, but they are not a substitute for diet and exercise.
