Pm panic: If you are not on meds, often it is exhaustion of the day that makes people more anxious at night. A good bedtime routine, meditation, a relaxing bath with music or massage can help. If you are on meds, discuss with your md whether they could be wearing off before evening. Perhaps an easy adjustment here would help. I hear this problem a lot. People start to get a bit phobic about bedtime.
