Sub mental node : Do you have any sore throat, fever, gum or oropharynx pain?It can be your submental lymph gland swollen by viral infection like CMV or ebv or stone in your salivary duct. If you have fever and difficulty in chewing or swallowing, please see your doctor and check it out. Infection should resolve soon with treatment. If they persist- need lymph node biopsy specially if family history of lymphoma.
