I have a small cluster of strange lumps on the back of my head, all on the right hand side. a few of these are painful, but the largest of them isnt?

Head lumps: hello ~ difficult to give you an exact diagnosis because you do not give enough history. These could be lymph nodes if they are pea-sized or they could be lipomas. This is one of those things we cannot give you and exact diagnosis unless we can see and palpate the lumps. I think a trip to the local NHS doc is in the offing? thanks
