I woke up a few days ago to find a small hard unmovable lump on my lower, back head and a movable small lump on the back left lower side of my neck?

?nodes: These may be enlarged lymph nodes in the posterior neck chains. In the absence of other symptoms like a rash in the neck or scalp, or viral like syndrome, we would simply recheck these in a week to see if they're receding or enlarging or whether new nodes have appeared. In case of the latter, your MD would order appropriate tests which could include a biopsy.
