Probable: SEBACEOUS cyst...a cyst form when one of the glands in your scalp which secrewtes sebum (the material which "oils" the hair! Ask your PCP (Primary Care Provider) fr a referral to a plastic surgeon (if scar would be visible) or a General surgeon...for evaluation and removal Hope this helps Dr Z
