What are the possible reason for tb in abdomen?how it can cause and is this is communicable?

Not communicable: There are many forms of abdominal tb, common ones being in the lymph glands and distal part of small intestine. It is due to infection with the TB bacteria and is not communicable. If you have it, stay with the treatment as it is treatable, but treatment lasts a few months.
