Can antitb medicines cause liver issues. i was treated for tb 4 drugs regimen in 2016. my alt is always high since then with cola color urine. is it associated? or less likely?

The antiTB medication, isoniazid, can cause severe liver injury in a small percentage of patients. For this reason patients taking isoniazid should have fairly frequent checking of their liver enzymes. Other antiTB meds like rifampin.and pyrazinamide can also cause.liverninjury. Agree with Dr. Colantino. Do not drink alcohol at all and avoid acetaminophen. You should consult your doctor to rule out treatable causes of liver injury.
