ALT and GGT are more important in acute liver problem, not in chronic disease as in your case. You did not give info about AST and bilirubin results, especially bilirubin direct because you mentioned dark yellow urine. I wonder if you have been evaluated by a hepatologist and if liver biopsy has even been suggested. Med for TB can cause hepatitis but liver problem antedated pulm TB in your case.
