What food does vegeterian eat and what not

Depends: Vegetarians avoid meat and usually fish, but may eat eggs and dairy products. Vegans shun all food of animal origin. Fruitarians are more limited. If you are considering a restricted diet, talk with your physician especially about supplements. Some claims for health benefits are credible, many others are clearly false; it's also a powerful protest against the cruelty of factory farming.
