A member asked:

What foods should i eat that are really healthy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

A balance: Foods that are really healthy: fruits - most are really healthy. Fresh vegetables are great - eat a variety of colors to get different nutrients. Eggs, most fish, lean chicken and red meat are good. Complex carbs such as whole wheat foods, brown rice, sweet potatoes for instance. Avoid sweets, simple carbs and highly processed foods. Avoid soy.
