Complicated question: Your question can't be answered in 400 characters. Possibilities: diet, error in carb counting, incorrect correction factor, not accounting for premeal glu, stress, pump failure. It is hard to precisely control t1dm. You should be seeing a md who specializes in t1dm on pumps. Many have a diabetes educator who may be very good at the day to day issues. It may help to wear a glu sensor.
