FINE: 115 3 hours after eating, especially if it was filed with carbs is fine. See your Dr. at least Annually, eat well, stay healthy at a good weight and be well.

In general B/S less than 150 mg/dl is Normal in non-diabetic 2hrs after meal. Depending on one's activities the range can be much less 3 or 4 hrs later. 70-99 is average before meals. 115 is Normal but one's HgbA1c can also be checked

Blood sugars.: A blood sugar of 115 three hours after a meal can be completely normal. I wouldn't worry about it at all unless you are experiencing symptoms consistent with low blood sugar. Good luck.
