Hmmmm......: I'm not exactly sure what you mean. 'internal bleeding' usually means in the chest or belly, but you're talking about your finger. If you mean bleeding under the skin, it should stop & go away on its own. If under a nail and is painful, see your dr. For treatment. If neither one of these things, i'd recommend you see your dr. And she can evaluate your problem better by seeing your concern.
